Life turns into a nightmare for the Malyutin family, who live in one of Moscow’s iconic Stalin-era skyscrapers on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment. A property raider named Bayev (Vladimir Sychev) moves into their apartment—a “professional neighbor” hired to make their lives so unbearable that they’ll be forced to sell their home. But the Malyutins aren’t about to give in without a fight.
