At the heart of this miniseries, divided into episodes, lies intrigue in various forms—romantic, financial, business, and political—set against the backdrop of a splendid 16th-century villa in Mugello. From a cyber prank by hackers to court intrigues: with a leap back in time, here is a sort of Decameron in which the guests of a villa take turns reading stories—true or fictional—that have taken place over the centuries, from the 1500s to the present day.
