Gold Fever Down Under

Vast quantities of gold still lie buried beneath the soil of Northern Queensland. Yet the stars of this series must fight for every single gram of the precious metal, for the rugged landscape of Australia’s second-largest state is unforgiving—it tolerates no mistakes. Extreme heat, torrential downpours that flood roads and access tracks, and wild animals: anyone hoping to strike it rich in the Outback must be prepared to suffer. Nothing comes easy out there. The teams endure great hardship in the wilderness, knowing that a single large gold nugget could change their lives forever. "Goldfieber Down Under" follows daring adventurers as they brave harsh conditions far from civilization. (Text: DMAX)
