Johan Segers has been shaving high culinary peaks for years and swears by a pure and simple kitchen. His specialty at Njam! is fish. And when Johan does something, he does it thoroughly. Every week he takes us to the fish market in Nieuwpoort. There he waits for the fishermen early in the morning. They provide fresh fish straight from the boat, which Johan prepares on site.
