SECTION 148 - DEATH PENALTY

Criminal cases with death sentences are presented in Poland. The title of the series refers to Art. 148 of the 1969 Penal Code, which establishes criminal liability for the crime of murder in the form of imprisonment from 8 to 25 years, and in special cases the death penalty. Some death sentences for crimes committed before January 1, 1970 were issued pursuant to Art. 225 of the Penal Code of 1932
