Many Swedes do not think they have access to the care they need. There may be long waiting times for an operation or a specialist assessment. In other cases, it may be that the patient has not been diagnosed or ended up between the chairs. In the worst case, it may be the wrong treatment. In the program Arga doktorn, the doctor Björn Bragée steps in when something has gone wrong in the care. Together with the editorial staff, the doctor gets to know the cases of selected patients and helps them on the right path to recovery. The angry doctor also wants to make sure you know your rights and obligations in healthcare. How do I actually complain? Am I always entitled to a second opinion? Can I decide which doctor I should get?
