Hosted by Al Mancini (author of Eating Las Vegas, columnist for Luxury Las Vegas and Las Vegas CityLife), each episode sets out to bring fine dining to the masses and features guest chefs from Las Vegas’ most well-respected restaurants. Additionally, each episode will make it a point to help the viewer discover new ways to approach a wide variety of dining styles, options, and opportunities.
