Amelia and Imogen are competing for a medal in running at the National Dwarf Games, but they hate people watching them when they run. They need to work on their confidence and sprint starts if they are to be in with a chance of winning, so they meet Olympic gold medalist, Christine Ohuruogu for running tips, and BBC Radio 1's Matt Edmondson for some advice on being more confident... but can they help them win a medal?
