Tells the story of a large armed drug trafficking gang in Suvo devised a terrifying conspiracy to plant and brutally kill more than a dozen Chinese crew members. The four countries of China, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar immediately issued a joint statement to organize joint law enforcement, and quickly formed a joint task force to thoroughly investigate the case and return a piece of pure land to the Mekong River. The Narcotics Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, Changjiang Haifeng, was ordered to become the leader of the "10·5 Joint Task Force".
