Critical Listing

HGTV's series "Critical Listing" features the work of property expert Lisa Colalillo and exterior professionals Jo Alcorn and Carson Arthur as they come to the rescue of homeowners. The team is on a mission to help raise the value of a home that needs to sell for top dollar and fast. With custom projects and ideas, Arthur, Alcorn and Colalillo take the homeowners' small investment and turn it into property value. At the end of it all, Colalillo reassesses the home and reveals what it can be sold for and if it's possible for the owners to purchase their dream home.
