Timm og gryderne

Chef Timm Vladimir, like most Danes, loves food from all corners of the world. Authentic colorful food from Vietnam, Morocco and other exotic places. But there is no reason to travel the world thin for the taste of coriander and chili, because here in Denmark there are lots of skilled home cooks who make fantastic food from their home country - and it is Timm's mission to find them. Timm will be invited inside by mothers, daughters, families who will teach him how to make the best dishes from their home country.
