Commissioner Collin and his assistant are investigating the disappearance of Medel Svensson. A bank has discovered via its computer that it has stopped paying off its loan. When the maid Maria comes and reports that the Lingman family's dachshund Svensson has disappeared, it leads to a lot of bizarre misunderstandings.
