Kitchen Hero

Turning from a zero to a hero in the kitchen doesn't take expensive schooling and apprenticeships or require years of burned recipes. Just ask Donal Skehan, a self-taught home cook who parlayed his interest in food into a career as a best-selling cookbook author and successful TV chef. In this programme, the Irish-born Skehan breaks down the process of cooking to emphasise the fun, social aspect of food, as well as the satisfaction that comes from cooking for, and eating with, friends. He prepares food for road trips, birthday parties, romantic dinners, barbecues, and much more, teaching kitchen heroes-in-waiting how to make quick, easy and tasty food while having fun.
