The Kinabatangan River originates in the hidden heart of Borneo and travels more than 560 kilometers on its way. It flows through high forests hung with tropical fruits, passes hidden limestone caves, crosses lowlands and mangrove groves and finally flows into the rich coral waters of the Sulu Sea. Join local adventurer and cameraman Cede Prudent, who focuses on wildlife and nature. You will see how he managed to capture the extinction, drama and diversity of life on both banks of the river. Cede hopes that thanks to the Amazon East mini series, problems will finally come to light that threaten this entire unique river system.
