Endlich kapiert?!

Lutz van der Horst wants to make sure in "Finally understood?!" that messages are "received in such a way that the surprised recipients will never forget them" - these can be small reminders or even thanks. As an ambassador, he stages elaborate hidden-camera situations that take the recipients by surprise in their everyday lives - be it the boss who enlists the help of a marching band to let his employee know that she is spending far too much time in the office spends on social media – or the mother who organizes a demonstration with neighbors and even the press on her own doorstep to convince her son to clean his room.
