Marquard's Dining Class

With biker boots, heavy metal sound and skulls on their T-shirts, Stefan Marquard and his cookery pirates are rocking the German catering scene! The star chef and his weird kitchen crew, the “Jolly Roger Cooking Gang”, turn every order into a real show. Instead of “off the shelf” appetizers, the aisle serves sausage salad from the concrete mixer, fish fresh from the dishwasher, fillet of beef cooked with a hot air dryer and a hearty, bright green currywurst sauce from the chocolate fountain. There are also innovative drink creations, cool music and absolutely stylish decorations. No effort is too great for the wild boys for an unforgettable culinary experience at star level.
