Aroha Bridge

From the producers who brought you NZ’s number #1 NZ film of all time, ‘Hunt for the Wilderpeople,’ comes ‘Aroha Bridge,’ an animated snapshot of the multicultural melting pot that is Aotearoa. Focusing on authentic, urban Māori characters with humour and style, this webseries follows Kowhai and Monty Hook as they navigate the complex but hilarious circumstances growing up in a bicultural, eclectic whanau. The extended Hook family are a micro society unto themselves - jock aunts, ex-All Black fathers, activist uncles and kooky cousins come together to create a multi-cultural medley that all young kiwi urbanites can relate to. The series is voiced by a talented multi-racial and hilarious cast - Madeleine Sami, Frankie Stevens, Matai Smith, Scotty Cotter, Jessica Hansell, & Rizván Tu’itahi.
