Vulgarcito

Born in Colombia as a radio character, Vulgarcito is the freak version of the storybook character Tom Thumb. He was created by Fire Advertiment, which after the success it had among the listeners of the radio station Radioactiva de Medellín, decided to encourage it to launch it on the web.
