In each episode of the series, one family gets to make their home dreams come true. The current home does not cater to changed needs, so it will be upgraded from floor to ceiling to better meet today’s needs. At the same time, the family is presented with three wonderful and attractive proposals for a new home. Real estate agent Anne Ramsay and interior designer Marko Paananen compete with each other in an attempt to find the perfect solution that would meet all the family's wishes and fit the budget they set.
