Summits

Summits is an exclusive documentary story in two parts in the intimacy of the negotiations of the Twenty-Seven. Since November 2019, Yann-Antony Noghès has followed the President of the European Council Charles Michel and his team. Between Brussels, Paris, The Hague, Warsaw or Madrid, the film tells the story of the development and conclusion of two historic agreements negotiated behind closed doors: the climate and the recovery fund of 750 billion euros. An unprecedented immersion in the backstage of European power with the testimony of the heads of state and government in office
