Worked at Showa Bank for 15 years. Haraguchi Motoko has given up on a life of being a veteran in name only, but in fact being used for convenience. After learning of the existence of a huge hidden deposit, Motoko carefully worked out a plan for half a year and finally succeeded in embezzling 75 million yen. Deputy Director Murai and other upper management of the bank cannot expose the incident in the copy of the fictitious depositor book presented by Motoko. After winning, Motoko leaves the company and opens a club in Ginza with his embezzled money. Around that time, Hasegawa, who is also one of the fictitious depositors in the financial world, begins to investigate Motoko's movements on behalf of his subordinate Ajima.
