Denmark's largest military installation, Flyvestation Karup, is located on the Jutland heath. A place where access is normally prohibited. There are 3,500 employees and over 1,000 buildings here - all hidden behind a 42 km long fence. The airport is home to firefighters, dogs, pilots, meteorologists. Around the clock there are activities in the air and on the ground. We follow some of the many employees both inside and outside the fence.
