How to be happy

Together with Professor Yoram Yovel, I tried to understand a complicated and almost impossible subject: What is the secret of happiness? In each episode we tried to look at the components which most humans perceive as happiness generators, such as friends, money, kids and work. Through extraordinary life stories and with up to date research from around the world we have reached some surprising insights and some practical advisories for a happy life. If it won't help you, it will surely not harm you. For me it was a riveting journey.
