What will the world look like in 20 years? What do we have to give our children today? The film “Lisette and her children” inspires and shows how children can grow at their own pace in an atmosphere of acceptance, without pressure or overwhelm. Lisette, who is in many ways much more than “just” an educator, has found her very own, unconventional and passionate path. The film tells the story of Lisette's last year of kindergarten in a captivating way, full of love and humor. Director Sigrid Klausmann and producer Walter Sittler had their own children in this kindergarten. Even after 13 years, they haven't forgotten the work of the educator and made this wonderful film.
